Description

This course will provide a foundation in administrative and clinical documentation in the medical office. The Electronic Health Record (EHR) will be used for clinical documentation, workflow and care coordination. Organization and storage of administrative and clinical components and meaningful use will also be introduced. Prerequisite: CPT140, MDT103 and MDT125, or instructor permission. This course must be passed with a B-.
