Description

This course provides an accelerated review of the fundamentals of college level reading and writing, with a primary emphasis on the writing process. Students will focus on writing coherent paragraphs and essays for specific audiences. Students will also receive instruction and practice in grammar, mechanics, and usage. Content will be sequenced to coincide with the content of the prerequisite course, College Composition. Prerequisite: Scores on the WCCC Placement Examination are used for placement into this course. Co-requisite: ENG 101. Credits earned do not apply to any credential requirement or toward graduation from any degree program.
