Child and Adolescent Development (PSY 190)

Description

This course explores the growth and development of the child from conception through adolescence. (A study of birth, pre-natal, and neo-natal development will be included.) Investigations of the physical, intellectual, social and emotional domains are used to understand and describe the developing person. Students will understand the theories, research, and multiple variables that affect the growth and development of children and adolescents.
