Description

Students will be introduced to the medical assistant’s clinical role in the medical office. Patient coaching, patient screening, and compliance reporting will be covered. An emphasis will be placed on professional response to ethical issues and critical thinking skills. This course must be passed with a B- or better to apply to the Medical Assisting Program. PRE-REQUISITE: MDT125.
