Description

This course provides students the opportunity to apply the didactic knowledge and skills developed in the classroom, in the pre-hospital and clincal setting. Students partner with pre-hospital providers at local ambulance services and clinical preceptors in various healthcare settings to develop skills in clinical decision-making, electro-cardiology, and management of acute and chronic disease. This clinical experience focuses on the skills needed to function at the Intermediate/AEMT level.
